pre-owned spare parts ( none / 0 ) (#7)

Cute to see that nice literary form of the gloom-doom-boom 16th-centurie almanachers' predelixion for predixion is yet & still more being imitated. Re-runs of the late show sometimes mayhap jolt one into a startling sit-up or crunch. One wonders however what is this curious pink elephant "the chart of the United States?" A splash of bathwater from the Thema Mundi?

In 10 June 2002 we find an interesting table setting for this gamos reception on Olympus:

A/M = SO/MO 5.16F*= 19.54M*

 and

0 C* = MC = SO/MA = MO/MA = JU/A = MA/SA = MA/PL = = JU/NE = SA/NE = NE/NN = ME/UR NN/A

Which, 0 C*, in a previous formal luncheon for the divas of the popular telenovella 'As The Sky Turns' on 20:I:2002 12h03 EST WashDC, was the place setting for:

0 C* = SA/NE = SO/JU = JU/MC = ME/MA = PL/NN = SO = MO/MA = MA/PL = JU
NN= PL

And in an even older (but still the goody) first serving of "I Love Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds', aka, "Al-Said, Can You See?' aka, POTUSA 30 Apr 1789 12h41 LT NYC

0 C* = SO/PL = UR/NN = SO/SA = MO = UR = NN = ASC = MO/MA

note that SA here = 10 June SO/MO.

They glitter, smile brightly, they chatter, they yak-yak the yak-yak, talk and rattle. But they are confused and do nothing, for the while. And then the Talking Heads comment on the pre-owned spare parts.

"Not with a bang, but with a wimper,"
grano magno atque cum salis,

feliciter,

Approaching eclipse ( none / 0 ) (#6)

In the "Portent of Events" article, Aphrodette wrote:

On June 10th of 2002 an annular Eclipse of the Sun will be visible. The lunation chart itself trines. These are not easy times. Peering into the Arabian parts of destiny is enough to make one's blood run cold. One must remember that often events do not actually manifest on the Eclipse, but prior to the next Eclipse - which will be on December 4, 2002.

I replied on 29th April that we may be able to improve our "guesswork" about likely manifestations of this eclipse (on the world stage) if we keep our eyes open during Mid May, because Mars will be triggering that eclipse for various people then.

Unfortunately I haven't been following world news at all for a week or so, but it seems that the current disturbance in the US where the government is being accused of failing to act appropriately in relation to terrorist threats prior to Sept. 11 fits as a "possible trigger" for that eclipse.

My best guess at the moment is that this accusation will be "dealt with" (legally) somehow under that eclipse - either on the day or about 3 months afterwards.

Naturally the activities of anyone during mid-May could easily be their triggers for any eclipse events (if anything significant happens for them under it).

Parts in the 10 June 2002 eclipse ( none / 0 ) (#1)

I am curious about a number of things. You say the Part of Fathers is conjunct the ascending star (the Ascendant, I presume), but if this is AS+Saturn-Sun in a daytime chart, the fact is hardly surprising. When Saturn is conjunct the Sun, this particular Part of Fathers will always be conjunct the Ascendant - any Ascendant, anywhere in the world. At such times it may be wise to follow a source I respect (Bonatti translated by Zoller) which says that if Saturn is under the Sun's rays then one uses AS+Jupiter-Sun. At New York for the moment of the Sun-Moon ecliptic conjunction, that would be around 11cp17.

What are you using for the Parts of Tragedy and Fatality, of Death and Disaster, and of Assassination?
