Just wanted to let you know that this was originally posted in the experimental "editing queue", which is mainly for submitting articles to get editiorial feedback, rather than the submission queue, which is where articles to be voted on go to.

I've now placed it into the voting queue so please, if you want to see this posted, vote for it now.

I'm not sure why this happened, and will explain later the idea of the editing queue.
