As anticipated here, the judge ruled today that Black must remain in the United States until his sentencing on November 30. This ruling is another verification of the 6:00 am EWT birth time since t. MA/SA -0- n. AS/MC(07'). Notice also that t. SU/SA @ 17 Leo 38 was 07' away from natal MA/SA once again activating the NEPTUNE=MO/MC=MA/SA combination.

The sentencing occurs on November 30,2007, 20:30 UTC when progressed SU/MO @ 07Cap03 opposes natal SATURN activating the natal combination MC=SATURN=SU/MO=JU/PL.

The active combinations for the day when Black is sentenced and subsequent weeks are very negative raising the possibility that the judge may not allow him to remain free after sentencing. All of the following transits are stations(with the date when stationed) and so are effective for weeks if not months:

If the hearing happens around December 10-12, t. MARS -000- n. SATURN=JU/PL and the mundane JUPITER-PLUTO conjunction on December 11 squaring natal MARS and semisquaring natal MOON of Black may very well correspond to a female judge ordering the imprisonment. December 17-19 also are problematic dates for Black to hear from the judge.It is also notable that the Saturn station in December opposes the natal SUN of Ed Greenspan.

Black was born with PLUTO = SA/UR corresponding to limitation of freedom imposed by the State. PLUTO was applying a semisquare to SA/UR at birth and secondary progressed PLUTO is now within 08' of an exact semisquare. Secondary progressed Mars squared natal PLUTO earlier this year and is moving towards a 135 degree aspect to natal SA/UR(applying orb 40' on November 30,2007). The Martian station on January 30, 2008 strongly triggers this progression activating the "deprivation of freedom" for MARS=SA/UR. Soon after the Martian station, a solar eclipse occurs at 17Aquarius44 exactly opposing the natal MA/SA activating the NEPTUNE=MO/MC=MA/SA combination that was shown repeatedly active for Black in an earlier comment.

Summing up, a cautious prognosis will include the possibilities of separation from wife,change of residence(Florida),surgery due to ill-health etc., but if the judge rules on his bail on December 10-12(or 17-19), it may not be favorable and Black is more likely to end up in prison before March 2008.
