Barack Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on 4 Aug 1961. There are 2 possible birth time: 1.06 pm and 8.39 am, each source claimed that it came from BC.

After analyzing the few events that I have for him I came to the conclusion that 1.06 pm is much more suitable:
1. At the time of mother's death on 7 Nov 1995 transit Pluto is 180 to Moon orb 8' and in primary direction Sat 90 Moon
2. On 21 March 2000 he was defeated by Bobby Rush in primary. Progressive Moon was in exact conjunction with progress Mars.
